Are you a full-service restaurant and do you take reservations?

We are a fast-casual dining establishment and we do not take reservations on Friday or Saturday nights. Our restaurant is set up for family-style seating and we welcome large groups to dine with us.

We are open:
Breakfast: 6:30-10:30 a.m. (Tuesday-Saturday) 
Lunch: 10:30 a.m.-3 p.m. (Tuesday-Saturday) 
Dinner: 3-8 p.m. (Tuesday-Saturday) 
or until we’ve sold out 
Closed Sunday and Monday

We are usually ready to serve those that come a little early.

Do you have private rooms available?

Yes, and it can hold up to 40 people. Additionally, we have options available if you’re looking for something more private.

Why are you closed on Sundays?

This is a family-owned faith based restaurant and we feel Sundays are a day for family and worship.

What are your holiday hours?

We are closed on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.

Can I place an order online?

We don't offer online ordering, but we invite you to call 918-272-7427 to place an order for pick up.

Do you deliver?

We provide delivery through our catering services. For catering orders, feel free to call 918-272-7427.

How can I apply for employment?

What wood do you use to smoke your meats?

We use pecan to make our barbecue. We find that it infuses our beef, pork, poultry and sausage with just the right kind of smoke. Hickory can be a bit harsh and bitter; fruit woods can be too mild. The smoke from pecan is right in the sweet spot.

Where do you get your meat?

Most our fish and meats are sourced from local farms in Oklahoma.

Do you have nutritional information available?

At this time, we do not publish nutritional information. However, we do strive to offer our guests outstanding service, including accommodating dietary requirements. Share your dietary restrictions or special requests with your server and they will help you determine which items are appropriate for you to order. We will do our best to accommodate you.

Is your sauce gluten-free?

Yes. Our sauce is gluten-free and MSG-free.

Do you sell your BBQ sauces?

You bet. You can grab a bottle or a jug of our tasty mild sauce.

Can I get the recipe for your rubs and meals?

We appreciate your interest in preparing our menu items at home. Our recipes are proprietary and as such are not published. You can always place a to-go order and enjoy it at home.

How far out do I need to place my order?

Given that we begin butchering and smoking our meat the day before, we may not be able to accommodate all orders or changes made less than 48 hours in advance.

How much does catering cost?

Pricing is customized to what you would like on your menu for food and drink, the type of service you want and the duration of the event.

Can I change my order once it has been placed?

We are usually able to accommodate changes made at least 10 days before your event. Any changes after that date can only be to increase quantities. Any changes made within five days of event will incur an additional charge.

How do I pay for my order?

You are welcome to pay with cash or credit card (we accept all major credit cards). We require a deposit to guarantee all orders. Full payment is due XX days before a full service event and XX days before a pick up or delivery. Unless otherwise notified any outstanding balances will be charged to the card on file. If we do not receive full payment prior to service date your order will not be fulfilled.

Is a gratuity automatically added to my order?

We do not automatically add gratuities to your order. We are often asked if tipping is customary, to which we respond that some customers do and others do not. The matter is up to you.

Do I need to order chafing stands?

Chafing stands are only necessary if you plan on having the food out for a long period of time. If you are planning on eating right after the food is delivered you do not need chafing stands.

What are the costs for delivery and set up?

The standard $XX catering fee includes packaging, disposables, and serving pieces and covers delivery within the Owasso area. For deliveries outside of Owasso, fee is dependent on final destination.

What is your cancellation policy?

A 24-hour notice is required for cancellation. Same-day cancellations will be charged in full.

What's included in delivery and set-up?

A simple delivery and drop-off is when all food is delivered in disposable containers for you to display in any manner suitable. A delivery and full set-up is when a delivery person will arrive at your event location approximately one hour prior to the event start time and set-up the food items utilizing our platters, chafers, linens, etc. We will also return after the event or the following day to retrieve our equipment.
